One of our global pharmaceutical clients is currently requiring an experienced Automation Scheduler for their North Carolina based location.  

What you'll do:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project or operational schedules
• Coordinate timelines with project managers, teams, and external partners
• Track progress and identify scheduling conflicts or delays
• Adjust schedules based on resource availability, priorities, and changes

What you'll need:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in multi-project environments
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
