With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse investment project requirements and define optimal purchasing strategies (make/buy, source, tender, negotiate).
• Manage the complete acquisition cycle for goods, installations, technologies, and specialized services: RFI/RFQ/RFP, supplier lists, bid comparison, contracting.
• Lead complex commercial and technical negotiations with national and international suppliers.
• Collaborate with technical teams and the Project Management Office to define specifications and evaluation criteria.

What you’ll need:

• Expertise in procurement methodologies for complex CAPEX projects.
• Proficiency in tendering tools and main contractual frameworks (EPC, EPCM, framework agreements, supply and service contracts).
• Strong skills in economic analysis, cost modelling, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with engineering, construction, and commissioning processes (industrial, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors).
