Technology Transfer Lead - Italy, Rome - 12 Month Contract

One of Italy’s largest and most established pharmaceutical companies, known for its strong scientific heritage and international footprint, is looking for a Technology Transfer Lead to join their growing team! The project is based in Rome and will cover a 12 month basis.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for all technical transfer activities.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments for supply-point decisions.
• Define scope and design of technical batches for transfer.
• Provide input into overall project strategy, timelines, and critical path.
• Initiate and manage local change controls, ensuring timely approval and closure.

What you'll need:

• Understand process parameters and how they influence deviations.
• Support QA in investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development.
• Work proactively with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and stabilise processes.
• Experience in full tech transfer lifecycle and project management.
• Experience in both Sterile and Oral Solid Dose manufacturing
