Construction Manager (Process Piping) - Germany, Leipzig - 12 Month Contract

Are you a Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading high-tech facilities provider based in Leipzig, on an initial 12 month contract.

Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to work with an innovative, market-leading company as their newest Construction Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee installation of high-purity piping systems: UPW, DI water, Process Cooling Water (PCW), CDA, N2, vacuum, Specialty gases (H2, Ar, SiH4, NF3, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with SEMI standards, high-purity welding requirements, and contamination-control protocols
• Review piping isometrics, P&IDs, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Coordinate with Tool Owners and Hook-Up teams to ensure utility readiness for tool installation

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in process-piping construction within semiconductor fabs or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Strong understanding of high-purity piping, orbital welding, and specialty gas systems.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors in fast-paced, high-complexity environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
