Alarm Management Program Lead - Remote - 12-month contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Alarm Management Program Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead a site-wide alarm-management programme for a major greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• High-impact leadership role shaping the alarm strategy, governance, operating model and long-term site standards from the ground up.
• Broad cross-functional exposure across Automation, Operations, Engineering, Quality, HSE and Process Safety, with ownership from rationalisation through go-live and operational handover.

What you’ll need:

• Proven leadership of an alarm-management programme or substantial multi-area alarm-lifecycle workstream.
• Strong working knowledge of ISA-18.2 and/or IEC 62682, including alarm philosophy, lifecycle governance, KPIs, MOC and approval controls.
• Experience planning and facilitating cross-functional alarm-rationalisation workshops, with sufficient PCS configuration knowledge to oversee priorities, limits, delays, deadbands, suppression and alarm help.
• Regulated validation/testing experience and the ability to manage complex delivery plans, risks, acceptance criteria, stakeholders and handover activities.
