Junior Project Manager - US, North Carolina - 15 Month Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Junior Project Manager to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

What you'll do:

• Maintain the integrated project/automation schedule in the designated scheduling tool.
• Maintain PMO standards, RAID logs, and reporting templates.
• Produce weekly status reports and dashboards (milestones, critical path, lookahead, KPIs).
• Lead recurring schedule review meetings to confirm progress and capture actions/decisions.
• Perform schedule quality checks (logic, ties, constraints, data integrity).

What you'll need:

• Extensive PMO activities
• Experience with liaising with other departments 
• PMO/Project Controls experience in automation/industrial environments.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet
• Strong experience managing schedules
