Business Analyst - US, Raleigh - 6 Months Initial Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

What you'll do:

• Develop clear, detailed current state and future state process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Assist in drafting and updating SOPs, work instructions, and procedural documentation.
• Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables for new system or process initiatives.
• Work closely with a senior Business Analyst or Project Lead to ensure alignment and consistency across documentation.
• Assist with preparing presentations, summaries, and process-related materials for stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with SOP creation or documentation in structured environments.
• Ability to translate business operations into clear, visual process flows.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or regulated industries is helpful but not required.
