To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Support Team Lead in Amsterdam.
What you'll do:
- Lead a team of L3 engineers in multiple European locations.
- Act as Incident Commander for high-severity production events and the senior escalation interface for complex customer-impacting issues.
- Oversee advanced Linux, hardware, and firmware investigations when the need arises.
- Create formal problem management practices to be used across the business.
- Assist in the recruitment process and grow a distributed team across multiple locations.
What you'll need:
- Experience building or leading L3 support for data center server infrastructure.
- Strong Incident Commander experience in production environments, proven ability to act as the main escalation point.
- Proven ability to build incident & problem management processes from scratch.
- People leadership experience (hiring, coaching, scaling teams) ideally across multiple locations.
