One of our Heavy Lift clients looking to add to their team in the European market. With this in mind, we are interested in speaking to anyone who has experience as a Discipline Lead for our role based in Prague.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and coordinate all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) design documentation, ensuring completeness, technical accuracy, compliance with project standards, and readiness for stage‑gate reviews and construction release.
  • Ensure full adherence to Czech building regulations, Eurocodes, ČSN standards, fire safety requirements, and permitting documentation, working closely with local design institutes (projektant) and statutory authorities.
  • Manage multidisciplinary interfaces between CSA and MEP, process, utilities, geotechnical, and architectural teams, resolving design clashes, validating assumptions, and ensuring coordinated design outputs.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout design development, including design risk assessments, constructability reviews, ground‑conditions management, and assurance of structural integrity and compliance with local construction norms.
What you'll need:
  • Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline, with extensive experience delivering large‑scale industrial or CAPEX projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Czech construction legislation, ČSN and Eurocode structural standards, zoning and permitting processes (stavební řízení), and documentation required for approvals.
  • Demonstrated experience leading CSA design packages from concept through detailed design, including oversight of architectural layouts, structural calculations, and civil‑site works.
  • Strong documentation and quality‑control capability, with a track record of producing or supervising high‑quality, auditable, and regulator‑compliant design outputs.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles, site‑wide civil works, and coordination of architectural building code requirements.
