They are an award-winning construction company with an established reputation of outstanding construction and development projects across many crucial markets. This is your chance to be their next Design Manager for a significant Data Centre project located in London.

What you'll do:
  • Lead sustainable design delivery for a large-scale, 210 MW data center campus, ensuring alignment with BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards and innovative energy solutions.
  • Oversee architectural and engineering coordination across three hyperscale data center buildings and a community multi-purpose facility, ensuring readiness for AI workloads and district heating integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance public spaces and infrastructure, including pedestrian and cyclist pathways along the Thames River.
  • Support community engagement initiatives, contributing to the design of facilities for job training and educational programs in digital infrastructure and technology.
What you'll need:
  • Data Centre colocation / hyperscale experience
  • Strong experience in working on a datacentre project. More the better.
  • MEP or CSA expertise
  • Strong management experience and will have previously experience in heading up large projects
  • A construction company / GC background is ideal, GC & Consultancy is beneficial.
