We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Turnover Package Specialist to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.


What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain turnover package procedures for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers, construction leads, and quality teams to ensure timely collection, review, and distribution of required documents for turnover packages.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination of document flow and turnover deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of construction TOPs and maintain a tracking system for progress, status, and approvals.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience with the construction turnover package process is a requirement. This person is to be familiar with the expectations for documentation types included in a construction and/or vendor turnover package.
• Experience with construction and engineering documents that are required to compile a turnover package.
• Strong ability to clarify document contents with client and vendor personnel, as well as the ability to communicate project needs and lead meetings with multiple stakeholders.
