Turnover Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Turnover Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement the SM1 Turnover Plan aligned to project milestones and CQV readiness strategy.
• Define system and subsystem boundaries, turnover sequencing, and mechanical completion release strategy in collaboration with Construction and CQV leadership.
• Lead structured system walkdowns across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, process, utilities, and architectural systems.
• Own punch list creation, classification (A/B/C), tracking, verification, aging metrics, and closure performance.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) preferred. Equivalent construction and system completion experience acceptable.
• Extensive experience on large-scale pharmaceutical or biotech capital projects
  ($250M ), ideally multi-billion-dollar programs.
• Proven experience leading construction turnover, system completion, or mechanical completion on GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Strong small molecule API or drug substance facility experience preferred.
