System Trainer (Content Development) - US, Ohio - 12 Month

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a System Trainer to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
• Maintain version control and ensure all training materials are current and accurate.
• Work closely with digital, project, and functional teams to understand training needs.
• Regularly review and update content to reflect system updates, process changes, and user feedback.
• Gather feedback from users and trainers to continuously improve materials.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in training content development / instructional design
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies
• Proven ability to create high-quality training materials for systems or enterprise tools
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, digestible content
