Senior Project Manager - US, Florida - 12-24 Month Contract

Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company focused on advanced inhalation and sterile drug delivery technologies, currently investing in a major new manufacturing facility in South Florida to support aggressive commercialization and expansion plans over the next several years.

What you'll do:

• Act as the independent Senior Project Manager / Owner’s Representative for the 140,000 sq ft sterile/inhalation facility build-out.
• Report directly into senior executive leadership, likely CEO or VP of Operations.
• Provide independent oversight of the Construction Manager, construction firm, modular cleanroom vendor, design partners, utilities vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project execution from current design/commercial planning stage through construction, commissioning support, and readiness for commercial operations.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related pharmaceutical/technical degree.
• Experience delivering large-scale capital projects within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing projects in the $150M–$200M range.
