BMS Owners Representative – Germany, Frankfurt – Initial 18-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Looking for your next project? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Frankfurt. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique assignment for a Project Coordinator to support a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll deliver:

• Actively manage supplier/ vendor performance to meet project quality, costs and schedule. And supports wider supplier relationship management activities including escalation.
• Active participation of Mechanical Completion walkdown and follow up on closure of punch items recorded.
• Assist C&Q team in system start-up, commissioning and qualification of systems and co-ordination of supplier/ vendor.
• Management the system lifecycle documentation including as-built drawings and O&M package with supplier/ vendor in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with all projects related members on day-to-day progress of work activities to ensure timely completion of a project.

Experience required:

• Strong Project management experience
• Previous experience of acting as the interface between equipment vendors, design providers & site-based teams.
• CAPEX project experience
• Deep technical knowledge of systems including (Siemens, Honeywell Trend, Johnson Controls)
• Strong technical and communication skills, ability to lead workstream
