QC/QC Construction Manager - US, Texas - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a QC/QC Construction Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Establishing and leading the site Construction Quality Management Program, ensuring compliance with approved design documents, project specifications, cGMP, and applicable codes and standards.
• Providing independent quality oversight across all buildings and systems, including process, utilities, HVAC, automation, and infrastructure.
• Managing and directing large multi-discipline inspection teams, assigning resources by area, discipline, and work scope.
• Overseeing and governing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including hold/witness points and field compliance.

What you’ll need:

• Degree preferred (Engineering Degree as a Minimum)
• Extensive construction QA/QC experience, with experience in a Quality Management / Lead QA/QC role. 
• Proven pharmaceutical or regulated-industry experience, supporting cGMP construction and CQV readiness.
• EIDA experience – specialised construction management and commissioning software
  designed for the life sciences and technology sectors. (Big plus)
