Project Manager (Site Development & Parking Structure) - US, Illinois - 9 Months Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager (Site Development & Parking Structure) to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Illinois, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:

• Lead project delivery in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and company standards.
• Oversee site safety, project communications, and integrated change control for assigned areas.
• Manage resources, staffing, and vendor coordination, including RFP preparation, bid analysis, and cost estimates.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, while documenting lessons learned and supporting schedule integration.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience delivering large capital projects in the Life Sciences industry, with strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and CQV practices.
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g., P6, MS Project) and MS Office, with the ability to manage risks, metrics, and schedules effectively.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to go beyond traditional PM responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
