Project Lead - Belgium - Permanent 

QCS staffing are partnered with a leading independent company who combine engineering, design and consultancy services with software and technology to deliver complex projects across the globe. Our client’s projects include those in the Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, Transport and Water sectors to name a few.

What you'll do: 
  • Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Develop integrated schedules and monitor budgets, risks, progress, and quality.
  • Coordinate contractor activities on-site with a strong focus on safety.
  • Ensure timely delivery within defined parameters.
  • Oversee replacement of fire detection and sprinkler systems in operational areas.
  • Engage with internal clients and external contractors.
  • Report on progress, risks, budgets, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate technical solutions with suppliers and contractors.
  • Translate client needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Review technical specifications, quotations, and designs.
  • Support clients in making informed decisions.

What you'll need: 
  • Experience in similar roles within industrial or pharmaceutical (production) environments.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Affinity with technology and a hands-on, practical approach.
  • Strong communication skills (Dutch is the working language).
  • Knowledge of working under strict safety regimes in operational areas.
