HR Business Partner - UK, Maidenhead - 12 Month ContractOur client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma-derived, and recombination therapeutic products, who in turn deliver high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases, and we are now searching on an exclusive basis with the client to appoint a HR Business Partner to join their busy and rewarding team on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months.
What you'll do:
- Managing the changes in the UK with growth in Maidenhead and all Business
- Transformations supporting Regional Agile Lead in Project Management
- Leads all employee relations matters, including providing advice and counsel to managers concerning employee performance, policy adherence, harassment, compliance violations, grievances, conflicts, and union/works council matters
- Manages escalations received from the HR Operations Centres and special projects as assigned
- Assists in the execution of the derived strategy formed by HRBP(s) for the assigned client group
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field required
- Extensive experience as a HR Generalist or Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organisation
- Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organisation
- Experience in a global company in a matrixed reporting environment preferred
