GxP Analyst

GxP Analyst - US, Redmond - 6 Month Contract

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a GxP Analyst to join their capital project in Redmond. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a GxP Analyst to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the GxP Analyst you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2.

What you’ll do:

• Interpret and apply GMP, GDP, GLP, and GCP requirements across business processes.
• Monitor compliance with ALCOA principles across digital and paper-based records.
• Support validation lifecycle activities for GxP-relevant systems (LIMS, MES, ERP, QMS, eQMS, etc.).
• Conduct GxP risk assessments for new systems, processes, and data flows.
• Partner with manufacturing, QC, QA, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure compliant operations.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to interpret regulatory expectations and translate them into practical controls.
• Clear communicator able to influence non-GxP stakeholders.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or IT.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Prior involvement in audits, validation projects, or quality system management.
