CSA SME - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CSA SME to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:

• Oversee CSA construction quality including foundations, structures, envelope, and architectural finishes.
• Monitor sequencing of works to ensure building readiness aligns with mechanical/electrical access and installation needs.
• Lead CSA system walkdowns and sign-offs, ensuring quality documentation is complete
• Own CSA systems (rooms, structures, finishes, car parks, envelope) through transition to commissioning.
• Ensure architectural punchlists are closed promptly and envelope integrity is maintained.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management (required).
• Certifications: OSHA 30 (required). LEED or equivalent credentials desirable.
• Requires extensive CSA experience on large-scale CAPEX projects, with specific background in pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or food/industrial manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in envelope integrity, architectural finishes, cleanroom build-outs, and interface management.
