Looking for your next project? We’re looking for a CQ Lead to join a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Frankfurt. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique assignment for a CQ Lead to support a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead all CQV activities associated with packaging systems and integrated production lines.
• Develop and implement CQV strategies, schedules, and execution plans.
• Manage CQV engineers, contractors, and vendor resources.
• Ensure safe execution of commissioning and qualification activities in alignment with site EHS standards.
• Drive project schedule adherence and milestone achievement.

Experience required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Extensive pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Strong experience leading CQV or Validation activities on GMP capital projects.
• Proven experience qualifying automated packaging systems.
• Experience supporting startup and operational readiness activities.
