Construction System Owner – E&I – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction System Owner to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Ensuring the project is delivered safely and in full compliance with client GMP requirements and standards established by GFD and HSE.
• Upholding the client values of Quality, Excellence, and Respect for People.
• Building relationship with E&I contractors and aligning on RFT expectations.
• Daily monitoring, witnessing, sampling and inspection of E&I contractor activities to assure quality and compliance of work completed.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field preferred
• Extensive Electrical & Instrumentation construction experience
• Experience supporting large capital projects
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, chemical, or regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred
