Construction Quality Lead – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Quality Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Provide field-based construction quality oversight across all project disciplines to verify compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Verify contractor quality inspections and documentation are completed in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Identify construction non-conformances or deviations from approved design or specifications and escalate through the project governance structure for resolution.
• Review contractor inspection and testing documentation to confirm alignment with project quality requirements.
• Witness selected inspections or testing activities where required to confirm compliance with project quality expectations.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in construction quality oversight on large capital projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of construction quality systems, inspection programs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with GMP construction environments and regulatory expectations for pharmaceutical facilities
