We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Lead the administration and oversight of construction contracts, including general conditions and select trade/service contracts.Manage the full contract lifecycle from award through execution, change management, and close-out.Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters between the owner’s team, EPCM partner, and contractors.Review, negotiate, and finalize contract documents, amendments, and change orders.Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations, deliverables, and key milestones.
