Construction PM - US, Nashville - 3 Months Initial Contract

Our client has developed an award-winning global portfolio within critical infrastructure and are looking to onboard a Construction PM based in Nashville where you will support the development of their infrastructure.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee the start of a ground-up data center development.
  • Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, environmental standards, and data center-specific certifications.
  • Lead project meetings and manage construction timelines and budgets
What you'll need:
  • DC build experience and proven track record
  • Experience in major construction projects valued $100m
  • Candidates will need to be based 5 days a week on site
  • Degree in Civils, Mechanical or Electrical project management
