Construction Manager - Valencia, Spain - 12 Month Contract

This is a unique opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and manage all site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor construction progress against schdule, identify deviations, and support mitigation and recovery actions
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements, including toolbox talks, site audits, and contractor safety performance
• Manage contractor performance, including supervision, progress validation, workfront availability, and resource planning

What you’ll need:

• Extensive construction management experience, including experience on major capital projects (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Pharma/Biotech, or similar)
• Proven experience managing large EPC/EPCM construction scopes and multiple contractors on complex industrial facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, HSE regulations, and QA/QC processes
• Ability to interpret Primavera P6 schedules and validate progress
