Construction Manager – Netherlands – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

This progressive, future‑focused organisation is now searching for an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of a high‑impact project based in Netherlands.

What you’ll deliver:

• Act as the client's site-based construction representative and primary construction leadership presence on the project.
• Oversee, manage and constructively challenge the appointed Construction Management (CM) contractor to ensure effective project delivery.
• Drive programme recovery efforts, identifying and implementing opportunities to mitigate delays and reduce schedule slippage.
• Ensure issues, constraints and risks are identified, communicated and escalated rapidly to prevent impact to project objectives.
• Facilitate rapid problem-solving, decision-making and implementation of corrective actions.

Experience required:

• Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory).
• Extensive experience in capital project construction delivery.
• Extensive experience delivering large capital construction projects.
• Strong client-side / owner's representative experience.
• Experience managing Construction Management delivery models.
