Project Manager –US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Provide owner-side oversight of Core, Shell & Architectural construction activities.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other technical construction documentation.
• Evaluate field issues and help coordinate the appropriate parties to drive issues to resolution.
• Review and provide technical/commercial feedback on change orders.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in construction management or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
