Construction Director - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Director to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Stronger enterprise-level schedule alignment.
• Provide owner-side leadership across all major construction contractors.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent construction initiatives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate schedule, safety, quality, and commercial risks.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive construction leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale capital projects.
• Proven leadership on $500M projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing projects strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of API facility construction preferred.
