We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Automation Program Delivery Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Provide centralized governance and oversight across all automation projects within the LW1 program.
• Monitor overall program health including schedule performance, budget status, resource allocation, risk exposure, and project execution metrics.
• Interface directly with Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) leadership and provide regular program updates to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the automation PMO / project controls function supporting the broader automation organization.
• Ensure consistent reporting standards, governance structure, and execution methodology across all automation teams.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
• Extensive automation experience withi the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale pharmaceutical capital projects.
• Previous drug substance / API manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
