AI Business Analyst - Ireland, Cork - 12 Months Initial Contract

Our client is a leading multinational medical technology company based near Cork, specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of innovative healthcare devices and surgical products. What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing) to gather and translate business requirements into AI/automation use cases.
• Analyse manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for GenAI and agentic automation to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and minimise deviations.
• Support the deployment of AI agents to enable real-time decision-making and predictive insights.
• Partner with engineers to validate AI models as directed.

What you'll need: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing or operations within a regulated industry (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Understanding of GMP, GxP, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with digital manufacturing and automation systems (MES, LIMS, SAP, eQMS) and data integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
