I joined QCS Staffing in 2023 as a Senior Delivery Executive, initially focusing on the Renewable Energy sector. I then transitioned into the Life Sciences division, where I sourced candidates for major life science projects around the globe.
With previous 360 recruitment experience, combined with the comprehensive training provided by QCS Staffing, I developed a strong ability to source, recruit, and build lasting relationships with candidates.
From March 2026, I’ll be moving to support our finance team on a six‑month project, giving me the chance to get closer to the operational side of the business and gain a deeper understanding of the commercial side of QCS - something I’m excited to add to my skill set.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, staying active at the gym, and going on long hikes with my two beautiful Rottweilers.
