I am currently leading our Data & IT division, focussing on the continued growth of the business unit, with a particular focus on building long-term client partnerships, utilising our proven project delivery experience and reputation to increase our brands reach to a global audience.

With 2 years’ previous recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas sector, I joined QCS Staffing in 2015 and have continued to benefit from the company's award-winning training programs, enabling me to set up and establish a new business unit within our sales team renewables team – following this success I have transitioned into our established Data & IT team as the Team lead. Achievements I am particularly proud of was winning Employee of the year 2018, Permanent consultant of the year 2021, Team of the Year 2021 and Manager of the Year 2023!

With a focus on providing services with integrity, treating all clients with a positive, professional attitude and friendly approach, I have a fantastic track record of building rapport and long-term relationships with clients and contractors alike.

Outside of the office I am a keen sports player with an ultra-competitive attitude toward any sport or non-sport activity, if it is Rugby or office table tennis. I also follow Saracens and Arsenal (for my sins).
