Field Delivery Manager - US, New Jersey - Permanent Contract

QCS staffing are partnered with one of the world’s top AI infrastructure companies. As an organisation, our client are leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. They create the tools and resources for their customers requirement to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams.

To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Field Delivery Manager in New Jersey.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the hardware deployment plan for new sites, aligning timelines, scope, and resources with project stakeholders.
  • Supervise receiving, unpacking, racking, cabling, and powering of hardware equipment.
  • Conduct functional checks, acceptance tests, and troubleshooting to confirm all systems operate correctly.
  • Act as the single point of contact on site for deployment activities, providing clear updates to project managers and leadership
 What you’ll need:
  • Extensive experience in data center, hardware, or IT field delivery roles.
  • Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network installation practices (racking, cabling, power, cooling).
  • Proven track record coordinating deployments across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
