What you'll do:
Serve as the Design SME for all grey utility systems across the facility, including chilled water, plant steam, compressed air, HVAC for GMP areas, vacuum systems, and related supporting infrastructure.Participate in selection and management of engineering firms, contractors, and vendors responsible for grey utility systems.Serve as owners rep to ensure all grey utility designs meet regulatory, safety, operational, and scalability requirements.Collaborate with process engineering, facility engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with clean utilities and manufacturing systems.Participate in construction, installation, and commissioning/qualification (C&Q) activities for all grey utility systems.
What you'll need:
Extensive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences facility utility system design, construction, and commissioning.Proven expertise in grey utility systems, including chilled water, plant steam, compressed air, HVAC, vacuum, and environmental control systems in GMP environments.Excellent understanding of GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements for utility systems.Contribute to cross-functional teams and collaborate with contractors in complex capital project environments.Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills — able to collaborate effectively with diverse technical teams.
