Turnover Manager - Germany, Frankfurt - 10 Months Initial Contract

Looking to take your career to the next level? We’re recruiting for a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Frankfurt. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Turnover Manager to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Make sure each building on the project is fully finished, checked, and ready to hand over to the client.
• Lead and guide a team of turnover engineers so everyone knows what they need to deliver.
• Coordinate all final checks for Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, and HVAC systems.
• Organise and run walkdowns to identify what still needs fixing before the client can take over.
• Track punch lists (snag lists), make sure items get fixed, and report progress to the project team.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in Data Centre, Semi conductor, Chemical, Energies construction projects.
• Pharma would be a big plus
• GDP (good documentation practice) would be highly beneficial
• Extensive experience anywhere in Europe
