CX Manager - Netherlands, Groningen - 12 Months Initial Contract
We are looking for an ambitious CX Manager that will be representing and working on behalf of one of the fastest growth construction and engineering companies in Europe. Having developed a strong reputation in the Data Centre industry and already delivering projects for many of the well-known and established data centre owner and operators this is your opportunity to play a major part in the delivery of one of their projects in Groningen.

Responsibilities:
- Own project budgets, margins, forecasts, and cost reports
- Manage subcontract procurement & commercial compliance
- Liaise with Finance & Project teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Oversee payments, claims, insurance, and contractual notices
- Support dispute resolution and maintain commercial controls
- Mentor junior commercial staff and liaise with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Requires extensive post-qualification experience
- Background in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction
- Strong commercial acumen and contractual awareness
- Experience on major builds (data centres preferred)
- SAP experience desirable
