We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Central Utilities Building and associated utility systems from concept design through handover.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk specific to utilities infrastructure (e.g., WFI, clean steam, compressed air, HVAC, chilled water, boilers, wastewater).
- Oversee engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification of CUB systems in alignment with site master plans and regulatory expectations.
- Ensure all utility systems comply with GMP, FDA/EMA, and local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and integrate workstreams with process engineering, operations, quality, EHS, validation, and facilities teams.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Engineering – chemical/mechanical/electrical or related
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical,
- Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Extensive capital project delivery experience, with significant focus on utility systems in pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale utility infrastructure projects within greenfield or major expansion environments.
