We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Richmond, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a CUP & Link/Spine Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of the Central Utilities Plant scope from detailed design through construction, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness.
• Serve as the owner’s representative for major utility infrastructure supporting multiple buildings across the manufacturing campus.
• Manage CUP/CUB-related systems including clean utilities, grey utilities, process utilities, mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, controls, and supporting piping infrastructure.
• Oversee coordination between the Central Utilities Plant, Link/Spine Building, manufacturing buildings, warehouse/logistics areas, and other site infrastructure teams.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience delivering large scale capital projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Proven experience delivering Central Utilities Plant, Central Utility Building, utility infrastructure, or utility-heavy capital project scopes.
• Experience managing projects valued at $100M+ with significant utility, infrastructure, or process-support scope
• Must have direct CUP/CUB experience managing a Central Utilities Plant, Central Utility Building, or major utility-heavy infrastructure scope on a large capital project.
