The roles we handle require specific sector knowledge: hands-on mechanical, electrical or public health design or site engineering experience in a mission-critical or regulated environment, familiarity with Tier IV redundancy architecture, GMP cleanroom HVAC validation requirements or HTM 06-01 and HTM 02-01 healthcare engineering standards, and in many cases active experience coordinating MEP design interfaces across structural, civil and specialist subcontractor packages on major capital programmes. If you have delivered MEP design or site engineering on data centre, pharmaceutical or healthcare projects, we know which developers and EPC contractors are currently resourcing MEP teams for new campus programmes, which pharmaceutical manufacturers are entering detailed design on GMP capital builds, and which healthcare frameworks need MEP Engineers with specific HTM knowledge right now.
