MEP Project Manager - France, Paris - 6 Month Contract

Our client, a top‑tier developer of hyperscale and multi‑tenant data centres across Europe, is hiring an MEP Project Manager for a flagship data centre project in Paris.

Known for delivering high‑performance critical infrastructure, they are trusted for their resilient power and cooling solutions, advanced security systems, and intelligent monitoring technology.

What you’ll do:

• Provide senior programme‑wide construction leadership across multiple buildings and workstreams.
• Drive EPC / EPCM and client‑side construction execution in alignment with approved programme milestones.
• Work closely with discipline and workstream leads (CSA, Mechanical, Piping, E&I, Utilities, HVAC, Automation) to manage interfaces and remove constraints.
• Lead construction activities as buildings move from structural completion into mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning, and handover.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience as a Construction Director / Senior Construction Manager on large‑scale pharma, biotech, chemical, and industrial projects.
• Proven success onboarding to already live projects, stabilising execution, and driving projects through mechanical completion and handover.
• Strong background in multi‑disciplinary construction, including CSA, piping, mechanical, E&I, HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, automation.
• Deep experience working in EPC and EPCM delivery models, managing large contractor workforces and client interfaces
