Tulip Delivery Lead - US, Ohio - 6-8 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Tulip Delivery Lead   to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the delivery of Tulip applications across LP1 - managing the backlog, prioritizing use cases, and driving apps from requirements through go-live across shop floor digitization, quality, maintenance, and other site functions.
• Build Tulip apps locally when needed - technically capable enough to develop and configure, not just manage.
• Serve as the primary liaison between LP1 and the Global Tulip team - aligning on platform standards, roadmap dependencies, and reuse of global app patterns.
• Field incoming Tulip questions and requests from site stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

• Hands-on Tulip platform experience - able to build, configure, and troubleshoot Tulip apps independently.
• Proven delivery lead experience - comfortable managing a backlog, running stakeholder intake, and driving projects to completion without heavy oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - this role is as much about fielding questions and driving adoption as it is about building.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment with both local site teams and global platform organizations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and shop floor workflows.
