MEP Project Manager – East Germany – Initial 24-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Are you a MEP Project Manager looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support a leading high-tech facilities provider based in East Germany, on an initial 24-month contract.

Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as a MEP Project Manager.

What you’ll deliver:

• Act as the primary on-site contact for the client, project stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Lead all construction activities, ensuring delivery against schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage subcontractors, conduct coordination meetings, and communicate design or scope changes.
• Oversee EHS compliance, perform site inspections, and ensure adherence to site regulations.
• Develop and maintain Construction Execution Plans, PEP updates, and construction documentation.

Experience required:

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Significant experience as a Construction Manager/Site Manager on large-scale industrial or high-tech construction projects.
• Strong background in subcontractor management, site execution, and client-facing stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience managing EHS/HSE compliance, site safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage construction schedules, project risks, and technical delivery.
