Tech Transfer Lead - Ireland, Dublin - 11 Month Contract

Our client is a global leader in pharmaceutical innovation, specialising in the development and manufacture of cutting-edge drugs. As they continue to grow, they’re seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Lead to join their dynamic team and drive forward groundbreaking projects in Dublin.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end technology transfer activities for biologics drug substance processes, including upstream, downstream, and all related unit operations.
• Develop and execute transfer strategies and plans, including timelines, risk assessments, and readiness to ensure successful transfer into manufacturing.
• Partner with process development teams to transfer critical process knowledge, such as CPPs, control strategy, and material attributes, into the manufacturing environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage risks, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, resolving issues, and driving mitigation plans to support successful transfer execution.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in process development, MSAT, manufacturing, or tech transfer with solid upstream/downstream knowledge)
• Deep understanding of biologics drug substance processes and cGMP environment (including process validation, quality systems, and regulatory expectations)
• Proven cross-functional leadership and project management capability (experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills (critical for coordinating across sites, teams, and external partners)
