This is a unique opportunity for a Smartsheet Engineer to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Solution Design - Architect end-to-end Smartsheet systems including sheets, reports, dashboards, forms and data pipelines that support business processes.
• Sheet Development - Build complex sheets using formulas, cross-sheet references, conditional logic, data validation and structured hierarchies.
• Automation Management - Create and maintain automated workflows for approvals, reminders, escalations, and data movement.
• Reporting & Dashboards - Develop real-time dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

What you’ll need:

• Advanced Smartsheet Expertise - Proven ability to build complex sheets, formulas, cross-sheet references, and multi-layered automations.
• Dashboard & Reporting Skills - Strong ability to visualise data and create executive-ready dashboards.
• Process Mapping - Ability to translate business processes into structured workflows.
• Data Analysis - Comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and ensuring data integrity.
• Project Management - Experience managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
