Senior Project Manager - London, UK - 12 months initial contract

Our client, an independent, creative project management consultancy delivering portfolios and projects across the property and construction landscape, are seeking a Senior Project Manager. Working within sectors including science and technology, data centres, education, commercial, healthcare.

Blending sustainable thinking with deep industry expertise, they achieve outstanding results through collaboration, innovation and integrity.

What you'll do:
  • Track project performance, including time, cost, invoicing and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to extend commissions and support new business initiatives.
  • Contribute to training, CPD and thought leadership activities; participate in external events where appropriate.
  • Develop sector knowledge and stay informed on emerging trends and best practice.
  • Support bid proposals and represent the company professionally at industry events.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience of project delivery in programming, planning, design, construction and/or commissioning.
  • Expertise in data centre technologies, innovations and mission-critical standards (e.g., Uptime Topology, ASHRAE TC 9.9, ISO PUE/CUE/WUE).
  • Competence in Health & Safety, CDM regulations and Building Safety Act compliance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends in mission-critical environments.
