Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Amsterdam, Netherlands - Permanent Contract

They create the tools and resources for their customers requirement to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams.

To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Construction Manager for their project based in Amsterdam. 
 
What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for data center projects.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to align project goals.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance and performance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, in mission-critical or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and construction sequencing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
