Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to support the delivery of their project based in North Carolina on an initial 12-month contract.
What you’ll deliver:
- Act as the senior procurement authority for the Apollo 11 capital project, owning procurement strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract award activities for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment packages.
- Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned to project milestones, cost targets, risk profile, and governance requirements.
- Negotiate and manage construction and EPCM contracts, including commercial terms, risk allocation, and change mechanisms.
- Provide commercial leadership across EPCM environments, partnering closely with Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Legal, and Finance.
Experience required:
- Senior project procurement leader with ownership-level responsibility
- Extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex construction and EPCM contracts
- Proven end-to-end RFP and tender management expertise
- Deep experience delivering procurement on major capital / greenfield construction projects
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
