Our client is currently seeking the skills of a Senior Procurement Manager to support their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!

What you’ll deliver:

• Develop and implement project procurement and sourcing strategies, including commercial model selection, procurement planning, and tender management.
• Lead vendor sourcing, prequalification, tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution to achieve value, quality, and risk mitigation objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, resolve commercial and delivery issues, and proactively address supply chain risks.
• Maintain procurement governance by ensuring documentation is accurate, audit-ready, compliant with policies and procedures, and aligned with continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations within complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies, tendering processes, commercial models, and supply chain risk management.
• Ability to build and manage effective relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining compliance and commercial accountability.
