Senior Commercial Manager – Finland – Data Centres

What you'll do:

• Oversee all commercial activities across data centre projects from pre-construction to completion.

• Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Negotiate and manage change orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency and value engineering.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
• Support procurement strategies and subcontractor selection.

What you'll need:

• Experience in commercial management of data centre projects with general contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT, FIDIC).
• Proven track record in cost control, contract negotiation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
